JDs intro: “What we’re building”

Why this role matters

We believe in a multi-model future. The world won't have one single, giant model that everyone sends everything to—instead, there will be hundreds of foundation models and billions of agentic systems running on top of them. We believe this is not only a better future for AI, but a safer one as well. But for this to happen requires massive infrastructure shifts that can enable us to better leverage the strengths of diverse models in a constantly evolving landscape. We started Not Diamond to enable this multi-model future.

We want to work with immensely thoughtful, voraciously curious, and mission-driven contributors. In this role, you’ll work closely with our top enterprise customers and their teams to implement and expand our research-driven products within their organizations. You will own the relationships and play a pivotal role in driving forward technical integrations and expansions. You’ll conduct continuous technical discovery, diagnose issues deeply, drive fixes with our engineering team, and frequently ship improvements yourself.

This role not only drives revenue, but it also tightens our product loop by turning real customer pain into durable platform improvements. You will communicate product insights back to inform product engineering decisions and help tighten our processes on future enterprise engagements.

We’re looking to work with folks who have over 5 years of experience across enterprise technical account management and software engineering, with a focus in AI, ML, developer tools, backend, infrastructure, and security.

We’re offering a competitive salary, generous equity, and robust benefits. And while we think of this as an opportunity to build a generational company from the ground-up, we also guarantee an investment in your next startup if you ever decide to build something yourself in the future. Our team is guided by top-percentile ambition, constant learning, and a bias towards action, and our focus on execution is rooted in a dedication to emotional intelligence, high integrity, and the ability to work through healthy conflict.
