Why this role matters

We want to work with immensely thoughtful, voraciously curious, and mission-driven contributors. In this role, you’ll work closely with our top enterprise customers and their teams to implement and expand our research-driven products within their organizations. You will own the relationships and play a pivotal role in driving forward technical integrations and expansions. You’ll conduct continuous technical discovery, diagnose issues deeply, drive fixes with our engineering team, and frequently ship improvements yourself.

This role not only drives revenue, but it also tightens our product loop by turning real customer pain into durable platform improvements. You will communicate product insights back to inform product engineering decisions and help tighten our processes on future enterprise engagements.

We’re looking to work with folks who have over 5 years of experience across enterprise technical account management and software engineering, with a focus in AI, ML, developer tools, backend, infrastructure, and security.

What you’ll do

• Own 3–5 enterprise accounts technically: be the day-to-day technical leader, manage support processes, and set success plans tied to reliability, latency, cost, and quality metrics.
• Lead integrations and deployments: implement and maintain customer deployments (SDK/API/docker integration, auth, networking, observability, security posture).
• Be the escalation path: handle complex incidents with urgency, run structured debugging, coordinate internally, and ensure root-cause + preventative fixes.
• Ship fixes and improvements as an IC: contribute backend/infra/product changes that unblock customers (performance, reliability, tooling, guardrails, docs, examples).
• Create enterprise-grade enablement assets: reference architectures, runbooks, integration templates, and internal playbooks that reduce repeated work across accounts.
• Close the loop with product & engineering: translate account signals into roadmap inputs, reproduce issues, define acceptance criteria, and validate fixes in the wild.

Ideal qualities

• 5+ years of experience across SWE engineering and technical account management with a focus in AI, ML, developer tools, infrastructure, and security.
• Strong SWE background (backend-first preferred) with the ability to read/ship production code and debug distributed systems under pressure.
• Comfort with multi-cloud and customer environments that you don’t control (VPCs, private networking, proxies, restricted egress).
